Tonight is game 1 of what I believe will be a legendary series. I’m sending a quick, special dispatch out because you’re gonna want to watch this with a beer in hand amidst a sea of orange and blue.
Here are six places to watch the Knicks tonight. Tip off is at 8pm so I’d recommend getting to places early around 6 or 7pm.
Let’s go Knicks!!
CLINTON HALL | Tonight Three dollar jello shots and three dollar sliders, starting early from 6pm. Go early and post up with your crew if you want a guaranteed seat—it’ll fill up.
PIG BEACH QUEENS | Tonight With a 30-foot jumbotron, Pig Beach in Astoria makes your TV at home look like a postage stamp. The place holds 2,000 fans, so if you're looking for pure electric energy in Queens, this is your spot.
PENN 6 | Tonight Just steps from Madison Square Garden, Penn 6 is basically the unofficial Knicks afterparty headquarters. If you wanted to sneak a peek at Timotheé Chalamet (he’s a huge Knicks fan) post-game, I’d try my luck here.
THE GIN MILL | Tonight This Upper West Side staple is slinging $6 cocktail specials including Dr. Pepper bombs. Should be a big party. Head there early!
SHAFFER'S | Tonight Chelsea's self-proclaimed "premier neighborhood sports bar" is serving up delicious pub food and cocktails strong enough to help you cope with whatever the scoreboard shows. It’s the perfect middle ground between sports fanatics and bandwagon friends who "just want to hang out somewhere fun."
MILK & HOPS | Tonight For the craft beer enthusiasts who still want to watch the game, this more chill Chelsea spot is my favorite place in the area for a good pour. They’ve got 300 bottled beers and 10 draft lines. They’ll be posting up for Game 1 tonight!
That’s all from me folks! Happy hunting :)
Forward this to your crew and get some plans on the calendar. And if you liked this newsletter, send me a message!
