WYTHE HOTEL ROOFTOP TAKEOVER | July 4 (via Resy) Bar Blondeau is turning their already stunning rooftop into an "urban garden party" celebrating American farmers this Fourth of July. $135 gets you 3pm-midnight access, passed appetizers, lobster hot dogs, summer squash tempura, and cocktails featuring New York spirits. If you’re spending Friday in the city, this is the move.
L'ABEILLE À CÔTÉ FOURTH OF JULY SPECIAL | July 4 (via Resy) Chef Mitsu is doing American classics through a French-Japanese lens, which is exactly the kind of cultural mashup that makes this city great. Four courses including prime ribeye, sweet corn velouté, and the return of their legendary Wagyu teriyaki burger for one day only. $108 for dinner before fireworks - go!
LYSÉE x CORIMA DESSERT BATTLE | July 8 (via Resy) Chef Eunji from Lysée teams up with Corima's pastry chef for what can only be described as dessert theater. Dessert for dinner? Yes please. $145 for a front-row seat to French technique meets Korean flavors. Pro tip: snag the chef's counter if you can.
POPINA SUMMER SERIES x FORSYTHIA | July 20 (tickets drop today at 1pm here!) Roman trattoria meets Brooklyn for this sunny afternoon collaboration. $75 includes buffet (my preferred dining style) from both teams, two drink tickets, and live music from 12-4pm. Forsythia's handmade pastas and peak-season ingredients in Cobble Hill - exactly how summer Sundays should be spent.

ELEVEN MADISON PARK AUSTRALIAN TRUFFLE DINNER | July 15 (via Resy) Winter in the Southern Hemisphere means Australian black truffle season, and EMP is capitalizing with Urbani Truffles. Five plant-based courses highlighting black truffles with wine pairings in their private dining room. The kind of dining that’ll make you feel like a Very Important Person.

SHY'S BURGER @ TIME AGAIN | July 1 (info here) Shy’s burgers are back at Time Again, tonight! This man makes a damn good burger (and I know…I’ve eaten a lot of burgers). 5pm till they run out, which they will. Go!
PORK RIBS @ FROG WINE BAR | July 3 (info here) Take a look at this picture and then you’ll know why you gotta come through. Tamarind-glazed ribs because summer demands sticky fingers. Little Rat ice cream for dessert because we're sophisticated like that. 5pm till sold out.
CARIBBEAN COOKOUT @ KING TAI | July 4 (info here) A nice spin on Fourth of July BBQs. Head to Crown Heights for jerk lobster tails and rum punch. They look very good. Pre-order your lobster roll here or simply roll through. 12-2pm, follow the smoke and reggae.
